Anthon Swart

Chief Executive Officer: India

Anthon holds a BLC LLB and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa. He has further qualifications from Harvard Business School as well as the Saïd Business School – University of Oxford. He was the founder and co-founder of several successful start-ups in the healthcare and technology industries eventually ending up as CEO of Momentum Medical Scheme Administrators. Currently he serves as the CEO for Momentum Metropolitan's Indian operations.

Yasir Ahmad

Chief Financial and Operations Officer: Momentum Metropolitan Services

Yasir is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds BCom degree from University of Lucknow. He joined the group as CFO of Momentum Metropolitan Services (MMS) in May 2020 and is responsible for the in-country operations of the offshoring Business. He serves as a director on Board of MMS. He has more than 12 years’ experience in the Banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector working in various positions, and prior to joining MMS, he was the CFO of FirstRand Bank’s Captive in India and served as director on its Board.

Richard Phillips

Chief Financial Officer: Momentum Metropolitan Affiliates

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant (South Africa) by profession, having obtained his degree through the University of South Africa and an honours degree through the Rand Afrikaans University. He has over 25 years’ experience working in various financial positions in industries ranging from audit, media, and entertainment, to aerospace and insurance in London and Johannesburg. He is currently the CFO: Momentum Metropolitan Affiliates and serves as a director on various boards within the group. Richard was a recipient of the 2018 MMI Way Award.

Daniel Kore

Chief Delivery Officer: Momentum Metropolitan Services

Daniel has over 24 years consulting experience with extensive focus on technology services across multiple domains and an excellent track record in program and delivery management. He has a Master’s Degree in Managerial Sciences, Diploma in Business Management and Bachelors of Science (Chemistry) from Pune University, India. Daniel has been working on various assignments with MMH business units since 2009 and officially joined the group in 2018. He currently serves on the board of directors and as the Chief Delivery Officer at Momentum Metropolitan Services.

Asokan Naidu

Director: Momentum Metropolitan Services

Asokan is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant, CA (SA) and also holds a MBA. In 2004, He joined Momentum (now Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited) (MMH) as Group CFO and in 2008, was appointed CEO of Momentum New Markets. In 2011, he relocated to India and was instrumental in establishing an exciting joint venture with the renowned Aditya Birla Group of India. He is currently a director of the insurance regulated Aditya Birla Health Insurance Limited and of Aditya Birla Wellness Limited.
