Primary Purpose:

  • To assist the finance function of the offshoring capability and support the CFO in creating the appropriate governance and financial reporting framework through the application of Corporate portfolio management principals.

Key accountabilities/KRAs/KPIs:

  • SEZ Compliances (SERF, Softex, MPR, APR, DTA, DSPF etc.)
  • Accounts review, finalization and Audit
  • Statutory Audit and Tax Audit finalization
  • Vendor payments
  • Book keeping of transactions in local books of account (Tally)
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting of financials to the Head office in JDE System
  • Assist the company secretary in the CS compliances
  • GST (GST1,3B, Annual return), Income Tax (TDS, Advance tax) related Compliances
  • Fixed Assets recording and depreciation run
  • Month end activities – invoicing, intercompany reporting, prepaid recon, provision recon, ledger recon etc.
  • Debtors recon and tracking
  • Consolidation of accounts and reporting for Joint ventures of MMH group within MM Affiliates
  • Experience with consolidation with multiple currencies
  • Familiar with IFRS
  • Knowledge of coordinating budget and forecasts
  • Coordinating internal and external audit
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Basic project management would be an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Use of multiple reporting platforms
